The North Central Missouri College Scholarship Reception to honor 2025-2026 scholarship recipients will be held on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, in the Jeanette Hoffman Robison Auditorium in the Ketcham Community Center. The North Central Missouri College Foundation hosts this annual event to highlight NCMC Foundation scholarship recipients and all NCMC institutional scholarship recipients.

“This event creates positive energy on campus and unites students, donors, family, friends, faculty, and staff by bringing NCMC’s mission to life,” commented NCMC Scholarship Coordinator, Kristi Varner. The NCMC Foundation continues to increase the number of scholarships awarded to NCMC students, and enrollment is at a record high for the third straight year. “The Scholarship Reception highlights the continued need and impact scholarships have on students.”

The emcee for the reception is NCMC alum, Daniel Savage. Dr. Lenny Klaver, NCMC President, and Allan Seidel, NCMC Foundation President will give opening and closing remarks, respectively. Dean Kratochvil, scholarship donor and featured guest speaker, will share why he created the Dean Kratochvil Scholarship and what it means to help students achieve their higher education goals. 2025-2026 Foundation Scholarship recipients Tori Dunks, Jamesport MO, Warren & Nanetta Carter Dance Wave Scholarship; Aubrey Schreckhise, Meadville, MO, Lelan S. Ryan Memorial Agriculture Scholarship; and Myla Laws, Warrensburg, MO, Harry F. Sugg Athletic Scholarship, will be the highlighted student speakers sharing their stories and experiences at NCMC.

Light refreshments will be served, and recipients will be able to meet and take pictures with their scholarship donor representatives. Doors open at 3:00pm with the meet and greet and the program starts at 3:30pm. This event will also be livestreamed through www.piratesdigitalmedia.com.
