The North Central Missouri College women’s basketball team turned in a balanced, high-efficiency performance to earn an 83–64 win over Neosho County Community College on Saturday. The Lady Pirates have three games in Florida scheduled for the coming week before heading into the semester break. Their record currently stands at 7-5.

Liz Oliver led the Pirates with a game-high 16 points and nine rebounds, consistently getting to the free-throw line where she converted 10-of-13 attempts. Addilyn Henke provided a strong spark off the bench, finishing with 12 points and a team-best five assists, while Peyton Johnson added 11 points, knocking down three shots from beyond the arc.

Keylie Beane chipped in 10 points and four steals, setting the tone defensively, and Laney Uchtman was perfect from the field, scoring 10 points while pulling down four rebounds. Lexi Burns added eight points in limited minutes, and Honor Mannings contributed across the stat sheet with seven points, five rebounds, three steals, and two assists.

As a team, the Lady Pirates shot 50 percent from the floor and forced 23 turnovers, turning defense into offense throughout the night. The win showcased NCMC’s depth and balance as multiple players made key contributions on both ends of the floor.
