The North Central Missouri College Board of Trustees held its regular meeting on December 23, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. in the Frey Administrative Center. Trustees received communication reports from Head Start and President Klaver.

During business items, Matt Wallace of KPM CPAs and Advisors presented the 2025 audit report. NCMC earned an unmodified opinion with no findings—the highest possible audit outcome. Trustees unanimously approved the Fiscal Year 2025 audit as presented.

Additional actions included declaring several IT items as surplus property and approving multiple personnel changes. In Head Start staffing, Cameron McCoy was transferred to Teacher at Chillicothe Head Start, and Cameron Schmitz was moved to Family Engagement Specialist at the Central Office.

For NCMC personnel, the board approved the hiring of Dalton Berry as Chief Information Officer, Taylor Ruoff as DMS Instructor/Clinical Coordinator, Aaron Young for Maintenance, and Kaylee Baker as Clinical Instructor.

The next regular meeting of the Board of Trustees is scheduled for January 27, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in the Frey Administrative Center.
