The 2nd Annual Bunny Bolt, sponsored by Century 21 Team Elite and the Trenton Area Chamber of Commerce, drew 34 participants on a cold morning in Trenton.

The race began at 7 a.m. at the Century 21 building, where runners and families gathered for the Easter-season event.

Despite the chilly conditions, organizers said the Bunny Bolt was again a success and thanked everyone who came out and participated. They also expressed appreciation for the community’s support in helping make the event special.

Awards were presented in several categories following the race. Dillon Harp received the Fastest Bunny award, Jackie Webb was named Speedy Hopper, Sawyer Hoffman earned the Little Cottontail honor, Kristie Fox was recognized as the Legendary Hare, and the Mack family received the Hoppy Family award.
