Submitted
A special bingo event to benefit the North 65 Center and the Green Hills Volunteer Program is planned for Saturday, April 19, at the North 65 Center in Trenton.
Community members are invited to attend an afternoon of games, food, and fundraising, with organizers encouraging the public to come out and support the event.
Doors will open at 12:30 p.m. Bingo papers will go on sale at 1 p.m., and the first game is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m.
In addition to bingo, participants will also have opportunities to take part in horse races and other games throughout the afternoon.
A concession stand will be available and will offer taco salad, tenderloins, hamburgers, hot dogs, nachos, chili, drinks and desserts.
Organizers said there will be no early bird or progressive games during the event, with alternate games planned instead. Participants must be at least 16 years old to play.
The event is intended to bring the community together while raising money to support local programs, and organizers are hoping for a strong turnout.
