Saint Luke’s Home Care & Hospice Moves Northeast Branch

Submitted

Saint Luke’s Home Care & Hospice has moved its northeast branch office from 893 Fairway Drive in Chillicothe to Hedrick Medical Center at 2799 N. Washington St. The new office is located near the hospital’s administrative offices between the main hospital building and Hedrick Medical Plaza.

All phone and fax numbers remain the same, and there is no impact to home health or home hospice patient care or admissions processing as a result of the move. Patients and family caregivers served through the northeast branch office should continue to call 660-646-2199 on weekdays and for on-call weekend and after-hours support.

The Saint Luke’s Home Care & Hospice northeast branch provides administrative support and serves as a home office for clinical team members who serve patients in Caldwell, Carroll, Chariton, Daviess, Harrison, Grundy, Linn, Livingston, Mercer and Sullivan counties in Missouri, as well as parts of Buchanan and Ray counties.

“Bringing our Home Care & Hospice northeast branch office into Hedrick Medical Center provides an improved work environment for our staff and fosters an even closer relationship with Saint Luke’s Critical Access Hospitals in Missouri who serve the same communities,” said Jamie Luark, CNO for the Critical Access Region, Home Health, Hospice and Clinical Practice.

Team members said they look forward to working more closely with physicians and staff at Hedrick Medical Center and Wright Memorial Hospital in Trenton, enhancing collaboration and improving the experience for patients as they transition from hospital care to at-home services.

For more than 45 years, Saint Luke’s Home Care & Hospice has provided home health and hospice services throughout Kansas City and surrounding areas. The organization now serves more than 25 counties in Missouri and Kansas, with five regional offices and the freestanding Saint Luke’s Hospice House in midtown Kansas City.
