North Central Missouri College is proud to recognize Adam Gallagher, Maintenance Worker, as the Outstanding Employee for January. Adam has been part of the NCMC team for two years.

When asked about his role, Adam described it as “satisfying, rewarding, and always learning something new.” His favorite part of working at NCMC? “The way everyone here is so welcoming and friendly.” Recently, Adam helped remodel Hoffman Hall and, in the future, he sees his department being able to take more proactive measures for campus maintenance. Adam would also like to advance his position at NCMC.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, boating, and jet skiing.
