The Trenton Area Chamber of Commerce recently brought together its ambassadors to review the past year and outline goals and priorities for the year ahead.

Kayla Graham reported that 2025 was a successful year overall, with a strong mix of fundraising activities and community-focused events. Most Chamber-sponsored events met or exceeded financial expectations while continuing to provide meaningful opportunities for residents and local businesses to connect.

Membership growth was a key topic of discussion, with an emphasis placed on personal outreach and ambassador involvement. Leaders encouraged continued efforts to engage businesses that are not currently members and to share the benefits of Chamber participation through word-of-mouth and relationship building.

Plans for 2026 include a full calendar of family-friendly events, community service initiatives, and promotional activities designed to support local businesses and strengthen community engagement. A new fundraising concept was also introduced to highlight area businesses while helping fund Chamber programming.

Also announced was a refreshed Chamber logo, with new colors representing support for the Trenton School district as well as NCMC College, noting the updated design reflects the community and helps distinguish the organization moving forward.

The meeting concluded with appreciation for volunteers, ambassadors and board members for their continued involvement and support, as Chamber leadership expressed optimism for another productive year ahead.
