North Central Missouri College is proud to recognize Trey Marshall, Custodial and Maintenance Technician, as the Outstanding Employee for December. Trey, a Savannah, MO native, has been part of the NCMC team for one year and is known for his friendly demeanor and positive attitude.

When asked about his role, Trey described it as “fast-paced and rewarding.” His favorite part of working at NCMC?

“The people. I love that NCMC has a family-type workplace!” Looking ahead, Trey hopes to earn a degree or certificate and anticipates significant growth in his department as new buildings are added to the Savannah Campus.

Outside of work, Trey enjoys playing basketball, video games, and participating in fantasy football.
